Robotic assisted total knee arthroplasty is one the recent advance to improve its outcome especially address issue of precision. Longetivity TKA primarily depends on proper implant alignment. The Aim this study compare precision robotic with ideally planned mechanical parameters in TKA. A 50 patients were included retrospectively study. Patient’s post operative femorotibial angle (mFTA), Lateral distal femoral (LDFA), medial proximal tibial (mPTA) AP radiogram.and anterior offset ratio, posterior condylar component flexion, slope lateral radiograms evaluated ideal values for specific parameter. Number outliers counted separately beyond 3 malalignment. mean postoperative FTA, LDFA, mPTA recorded 0.15 ±0.70, 89.78±0.79, 89.80±0.86 respectively. slope, flexion 3.03±0.35, 3.14±0.60 All when compared (i.e. mFTA= 0, mPTA=90, LDFA=90, Posterior slope=3, flexion=3) did not show significant difference. Study shows promising results near normal execution can be a game changer and handy tool alignment axis TKAs.
